The Portrait Studio brings a professional photographer and studio-style setup directly to your event. Guests are guided through flattering, professionally lit portraits that feel polished, personal, and worth keeping.

Every guest or group leaves with their portrait printed on site as a 5x7 in a white 8x10 mat. That is the standard, and you are welcome to switch it up for a different mat design or your brand colors. You can also provide your own mats or frames, and we will assemble every portrait into them on site for an additional cost.

It is ideal for corporate events, conferences, galas, donor events, black-tie celebrations, leadership gatherings, and networking events where the guest experience should feel more intentional.
